FOLKLORE COMPONENT IN THE SONG OF THE SONGS
TRANSLATED BY CYRIL AND METHODIUS


Abstract. The article characterized the types of repetitions in the Song of the songs translated by Cyril and Methodius – outgoing memorial of panslavic heritage. The main tasks of modern linguofolkloristics in researching Song of the songs stylistics and language are formulated and disputed. Repetitions are analyzed as one of the main poetic text organizing tools, because in the translation was discovered complex system of them. As an examples mainly anaphors and epiforas are used. The question of the use in translated Song of Songs "denial of possible identification" (D. Likhachev). Translated text includes repetitions of entire sentences and some sentence-identical syntactic structures. There are also repetitions of tautological combinations and stylistic formulas that function as a refrains.
