ethic policy


The edition adheres to all ethic norms, rules, and also those that are regulated by a current legislation.

 

Editorial politics of edition is based on principles of Committee of ethics of scientific publications concerning the equality of all articles and authors for an editor-in-chief, editorial board and reviewers; confidentiality in the process of the internal and external criticizing; originality of the offered material and plagiarism. Authors bear the complete responsibility for the given to the editorial board texts of the articles, that must be properly executed, contain actuality and research novelty; must not be already somewhere printed; must not repeat the already published texts (without the proper quoting, that is characterized as plagiarism).

 

For violation of requirements of editorial board the material will be declined and will not be published.

 

The reviewer names of particular volumes shall be revealed only in an electronic version, but no sooner than the paper version of the digest is published. The reviewers are not allowed to use the results of the research presented in the reviewed papers before their publication.
